This product is used in combination with recycled PE / PP material during extrusion and injection moulding. It is functional agent to eliminate moisture from recycled PE / PP.
The active inpatient in this masterbatch reacts chemically with water molecules exist in the recycled PE / PP and remove them from the system during production process which eliminate the drying cost.
Desiccant masterbatch is a very cost-effective solution for products produced with hydroscopic material to overcome the lensing (fish eyes) problem.
The average recommended dosage varies from 0.5% - 3.5%
